Welcome to the web site of the Wylie &
Holland Triumph RAT pack where you can read about all things to do with
Triumph motorcycles and their riders in Shropshire. Wylie & Holland are
located in Telford, Shropshire and in co-ordination with them, and Triumph
motorcycles, we organise a number of activities revolving around,
surprisingly enough, Triumph motorcycles, riding to interesting
places and quite often
Public Houses. We have a regular programme of
events which include at least one monthly ride out and a monthly
meeting, which is held at The
White House Hotel in Muxton,
Telford. For those who are
unfamiliar with Muxton, it is on the outskirts of Telford and for a map
of how to get there click on the small map shown opposite.

Read about all the latest news and information
from our RAT pack as we have many activities throughout the years including
an annual trip to foreign climates.......(well Cornwall is further away to
us than Ireland!). For further information about our RAT Pack and
our activities please contact Pack Leader
Michael Burke
Meetings are always held on the first Tuesday of each month with our 'RATS' starting to gather
around 7.45pm. It is here that we plan our monthly 'RAT Run', which usually
takes place on the third Sunday of each month, and also have a
general chat
about motorcycle things in general. On our RAT Runs we always head to places
of interest and normally involve both a breakfast and a healthy lunch stop
to ensure that Terry and Rob do not starve. The runs begin from Mac Donalds
on the Retail Park in Wellington, please see map below. We usually split
into 3 groups for the runs so that we can accommodate different types of
bikes and riders. Each group also has a leader who is familiar with the
route. For a full list
of the runs planned for 2009 see Diary of Events 2009.
The average mileage covered is around 200 miles
but we can accommodate anyone who just wants a morning run, breakfast run or
even wants to carry on after we go home! During a typical year we could go down a
submarine, down a coal mine, down a slate mine (you may gather
that we do like going down into things!), and also visit a number of
picturesque locations.
You are very welcome to come along on one of
our Ride-Outs and/or to one of our monthly meetings.
If you enjoy the club and all it has to offer, you are very welcome to
become a member. Please contact
Michael Burke for
