A trip to the hugely
hospitable Montgomery hotel in Pontorson proved very enjoyable for 9 of us
RATS. The 16th century hotel proved an ideal base for many of the Brittany
attractions and during the week we all enjoyed visiting many of them.
Trips to the historic sites of
Dinan and St Michael's Mount and the 14th century Fort La Latte were not to be missed and with stunning chateauxs, gardens and scenery there was interest for all. And for those
who wanted to relax, when the sun came out there were fantastic beaches
and clear, clean seas to swim in.
